During our Parkinson's Support Group meeting, people who are living with Parkinson's discuss common challenges that they face daily.  We use the Parkinson's Care Program to provided strategies for motor and non motor symptoms that improve function during activities of daily living.    Our Parkinson’s Support Group meetings are free, open to the public, and refreshments are provided.   Each month we have a guest speaker who provides Parkinson's specific information about resources, research, exercise programs, medications, and more.
