Tulip Trek 2021

Our "Tulip Trek 5K & Fun Run, "Pounding the Pavement foro PD" raises funds for Dementia Family Pathways, supporting our mission to increase awareness and advocacy for Parkinson's disease.  Funds raised will be used to provide education, support, and resources for people living with PD, their familyl, friends, and care partners in our community.  

The race will loop through beautiful Frank Brown Park, Panama City Beach, FL - date to be deterined but target April 2021 for "Parkinson's Awareness Month."

When you Register, you can choose between a recreational untimed 1-mile fun run, walk or roll (1:30 p.m. start) and a chip-timed 5K course (2 p.m. start) certified by USA Track & Field (USATF).will loop through beautiful Frank Brown Park. 

Join us for our Tulip Trek 5K & Fun Run, "Pounding the Pavement for PD"  Our runners and walkers will enjoy cool weather and win awards.  You can register to receive a T-shirt or not.   Discounts for early registeration online or register onsite the day of the event at Frank Brown Park starting at 12:30 pm.

Schedule of events:

12:30 PM – Onsite registration at Frank Brown Park

1:30 PM – 1 Mile Fun Run begins

2:00 PM – 5K Race begins

2:45 PM – Rock Steady Boxing demonstration and Testimonial

After the race, participants may socialize, enjoy refreshments, and share stories about your Tulip Trek participation!  With your participation, you will be helping raise awareness about Parkinson's disease and helping us raise money to help people who are living with PD in our community.  Dementia Family Pathways will use the net proceeds from our Tulip Trek to provide education, support, and resources for people living with PD to live their best life!!
