Rock Steady Boxing meets every Monday and Thursday 1:30 to 3:00 every Monday and Thursday except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our Fighters learn non-contact boxing skills that improve balance, loudness, endurance, strength, and confidence while they fight back against Parkinson's disease!!
