Topic: "The Power of Music for Memory and Connections" by Vitas who will discuss their new Music Therapy Program
Before the guest speakers begins, our Care partners introduce themselves and have an opportunity to discuss their life experiences or concerns about Dementia Care. There is plenty of time after the presentation to ask questions, talk about common interests, concerns, and challenges. Throughout the meeting we socialize, share ideas, help each other solve problems, and show support for each other in the process.
Our meetings are free, open to the public, and refreshments are provided. Every month we have a guest speaker who provides Dementia-specific information about resources, research, strategies, techniques, activities, medications, and more.
Join us in December to see what a difference a support group can make in your life!! We look forward to seeing you on 12/1/20!!
