Our Parkinson’s Support Group was formed April 2017; we have been meeting every month except 10/10/18 when hurricane Michael hit Panama City. Our meetings are , open to the public, and refreshments are provided by The Blake at Panama City Beach. free
Every month we have a guest speaker who provides information about resources, research, exercise programs, medications, and more. People who are living with Parkinson's disease discuss common challenges they face daily. We provided strategies for motor and non motor symptoms that improve function during activities of daily living.
